The Imus Community is composed of 5 sisters, Sr. Mary Edward Parcero, Sr. Rosario “Rosie” de Guzman (Superior), Sr. Charmie Esquilona, Sr. Marilyn “Cely” Maderal, and Sr. Marites “Tess” Perez.
Our being together as community is not a choice but a grace that the One who put us together is God. He has put us together in the midst of our differences, limitations and uniqueness, have the desire to help one another reach our goal: to be united to become holy. This is our ardent prayer. We feel and experience God’s loving care and presence.
We have our particular ministry. What are we busy about? Sr. Mary Edward, our elder sister who needs assistance with her sickness, is our prayer warrior. Sr. Rosie, who in her generosity took the responsibility as a care-giver to Sr. Edward. Sr. Charmie, a maintenance coordinator tries her best to make the school beautiful and cozy and helps in the spiritual upliftment of the persons under her care. Sr. Cely is happy to render her service in the school canteen and Sr. Tess, a diocesan youth coordinator, attends to the youth activities in the different parishes, giving seminars, retreats, formations, and recollections. She coordinates with her Priest-director in national, diocesan, vicarial level and with the Parish Priests where she is involved in.
Each one is happy and we learn to love each other and our work that we are able to keep on going with Jesus and Mary our faithful Companions in our journey.
“oh oh oh how good is the Lord” …He will never leave us alone…
